Ashley is the best! When I first met her, she did a comprehensive evaluation of my starting point and my goals. She designed a meal plan and exercise routine that worked wonders! This place is great. All of the staff are extremely nice. You can tell right when you walk in that this establishment is not 'in it for the membership money'. They have a personable culture that is friendly and transparent. I took Jenna's spin/weights class and really enjoyed it. Even for a guy. The place is super clean and they have spin shoes if you need a pair and the bikes have power-meters so you have a great workout!

Meet Ashley

Founder, & Lead Personal Trainer, Studio Lifted

Ashley has been a lifelong athlete, playing soccer and cheerleading since she was young. In college, she began lifting weights and adopting a clean eating lifestyle. She saw the way it transformed her body and gave her more energy throughout the day. She has taken her love for health and fitness and made it a career. She opened Ashley Lane Fitness in 2013 and is currently the CEO and head personal trainer.

​She has her Personal Training Certification through the NASM, her Vinyasa Flow Yoga Certification through Core Power Yoga and her Pilates certification through Lagree Fitness. Her experience in NPC bikini bodybuilding competitions has given her an edge up on training clients to achieve the next level of fitness. It is because she has so many different areas of expertise that she is able to develop comprehensive and challenging workout routines and meal plans for each of her clients.

​Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey, are frustrated and have hit a plateau, or you want to take your health and fitness to the next level Ashley will work with you to reach your goals.

​Through customized strength-training and cardio programs, combined with personalized meal plans, clients will achieve fat-loss, gain lean muscle and improve their overall fitness.
