We were founded on a passion for lifting others up. To grow together. To thrive together. Following her passion of inspiring and helping other meet their goals, Ashley Yandle opened Studio Lifted (formerly Ashley Lane Fitness) in 2012 as a way to share her love for health and fitness. A lifelong athlete since she was young, Ashley began lifting weights and adopting a clean eating lifestyle in college, where she saw the way it transformed her body and life. It was this passion that led her to start a group fitness studio to help others reach heights they never thought possible..

Today, Studio Lifted offers quality, best-in-small group personal training, one on one personal training, and an online community designed to transform you through hard work, sweat, and passion. And we exist to lift each other up. So whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey, are frustrated and have hit a plateau, or want to take your fitness to the next level, we’ll work together to reach your goals. We’ll work alongside you to develop programs that are realistic yet push you towards results. Because we believe in your fire, and with the support of a passionate family of instructors and members, we’ll will work with you to ensure you leave as a happier, healthier, better version of yourself.
