Small group personal training is a fun, affordable option that will ensure you get the individual attention and support necessary to achieve your goals. We’ll also help you maximize your results with a custom training plan designed around your individual goals. Small group personal training includes:

  • Small Group Workouts (Max 6 People/Class)
  • Access to Private Studio Lifted Facebook Community
  • 2 New workouts posted per week (1 upper body and 1 lower body)
  • Unlimited access to the workout and recipe archive
  • Daily accountability & support
  • Private invitations to workshops, events, free challenges, and meetups
