We’ll also help you maximize your results with a custom training plan designed around your individual goals. Small group personal training includes:

  • Small Group Workouts (Max 4 People/Class)
  • Access to Private Studio Lifted Facebook Community
  • 2 New workouts posted per week (1 upper body and 1 lower body)
